Commitment
to quality

Móveis Primavera has a clear commitment to quality with its consumers. All production processes undergo strict approval control, where qualitative audits are carried out.

The materials undergo durability tests, from the paint, which is chemically tested, to the assembly to measure parts and holes. Once the materials are approved, production begins, where the Process Audit is carried out.

This consists of inspecting all stages of product production, from cutting MDP sheets to transportation, where the final product is carefully stored inside trucks. With this dynamic in place, quality problems are drastically reduced, but Móveis Primavera is always looking for new processes to better satisfy its customers.

Projects

Móveis Primavera has a clear commitment to its consumers regarding quality. All production processes undergo strict approval control, where qualitative audits are performed.

The inputs undergo durability tests, from the paint, which is chemically tested, to the assembly to measure parts and holes. Once the materials are approved, production begins, where a Process Audit is performed.

This process involves the inspection of all stages of product manufacturing, from the cutting of panels to transportation, where the final product is carefully stored inside the trucks. With this system in place, quality issues are drastically reduced, but Móveis Primavera remains committed to constantly seeking new processes to ensure even greater customer satisfaction.

MDF and MDP
Understand the Differences

MDF (Medium Density Fiberboard):
Made from compacted wood fibers, MDF allows for more detailed cuts and finishes. It’s ideal for doors, machined fronts, and pieces that require a more refined finish. Smooth, durable, and easy to paint or apply films to.

MDP (Medium Density Particleboard):
Produced with layered wood particles, MDP is lighter and more resistant to bending, making it excellent for structural parts such as sides, tops, and backs. It offers great cost-effectiveness and performance in mass-produced furniture.

In our furniture, each material is used strategically—combining aesthetics, durability, and affordability.

It’s also important to highlight that all the wood used in the production of both MDP and MDF comes from reforested areas, making it environmentally responsible—a sustainable commitment embraced by Móveis Primavera.

Technologies

Móveis Primavera values originality in its products, easily identifiable through design and innovation. Technology is a great ally in this process.

Color Touch stands out as a great differentiator that adds texture and naturalness to the finishes. The Vecchio pattern is a good example,
a success applied to the Torino line hacks.

The texture is worked and enhanced thanks to printing rollers installed during the painting phase of the MDP panels. In addition to the visual experience, the touch is also worth highlighting, essentially designed to convey the sensation of ‘wooden creases’. Another technological highlight of Móveis Primavera is the 3D effect painting, which consists of a combination of perspective on a thin layer of varnish.
