Commitment to quality

Móveis Primavera has a clear commitment to consumers regarding quality. All production processes undergo strict approval control, where qualitative audits are carried out.

The inputs undergo durability tests, from the paint that is chemically tested to the assembly for gauging parts and holes. As soon as the materials are approved, production takes place, where the Process Audit is carried out.

This consists of inspecting all the production phases of the products, going through cutting the sheets in MDP to transportation, where the final product is carefully stored inside the trucks. With this dynamic in place, quality problems are drastically reduced, but Móveis Primavera is always looking for new processes to better satisfy its customers.

MDP AND ITS ADVANTAGES

MDP is the raw material chosen by Móveis Primavera. It is an agglomerated panel, made up of wood particles bonded together, through various stages under high temperatures and pressure. It has good stability and a great capacity for absorbing paint, ensuring optimum finishing materials.

The plate is produced in three layers: one thick in the middle and two thin on the surfaces, guaranteeing resistance to the material. Its characteristics provide a better result regarding the need to change screws in relation to MDF, remaining resistant to the pressure exerted by the wood, the so-called warping.

It should also be noted that all wood used in the manufacture of the MDP is from a reforestation area, and is environmentally friendly. An ecological commitment embraced by Móveis Primavera.

TECHNOLOGIES

Móveis Primavera values the originality of its products, easily identifiable through design and innovation. Technology is a great ally in this process.

Color Touch can be highlighted as a great differential that adds texture and naturalness to the finishes. The Vecchio pattern is a good example, a success applied to the hacks of the Torino line.

The texture is worked and enhanced thanks to printing rollers installed in the painting phase of the MDP panels. In addition to the visual experience, touch should also be highlighted, essentially designed to convey the feeling of ‘woody creases’. Another technological highlight of Móveis Primavera is the painting with 3D effect, which consists of a combination of perspective on a thin layer of varnish.
